Boeing Human Resources Generalist interview questions

Structured interview with situational, action, outcome format. Pretty standard set of questions in a more formal setting. Several people participated on the panel with the manager. Some limited time left at the end to ask questions.

Panel Interview - each interviewer would ask a different question, either situational and behavioral there were 3 people on the panel - they write down your answers as you speak. It ended with a phone call from the hiring manager - a final part of the process where she asked me questions like what makes me stand out from the rest of the candidates?
