There was 5 STAR interview questions. Pretty basic behavioural questions such as “what did you do in this circumstance” or “describe a time when.” It was over the phone and each person asked me a question.

Interview
I went through the EAHI program. I spoke with reps at a career fair on Tuesday and applied online later that day, received a call to schedule interview on Wednesday, interviewed with panel of 3 engineers on Friday, and received a phone call offering me a position Friday night. A few weeks later, I flew to Seattle for a matching event with managers where I was able to choose my specific position/team and was given a formal offer.
