Te cambian varias veces de recruiter durante el proceso, te piden un monton de datos previos a confirmar el puesto y la oferta. Templates larguísimos y mal formateados.
The HR interview was actually very enjoyable. The women I interviewed with was extremely kind, and we spent some time going through my pre-screening form, resume, experience, and expectations, before going through a live problem solving assessment and finishing with any questions that I had. Took about 45 minutes and was unique compared to my past experience with HR interviews, but conversational, so it didn't feel that long. I am still in the interview process, so I have not received an offer yet.

I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at BairesDev
Interview
I applied for the position on LinkedIn. In a few days, I got an email asking me to complete an assessment. There are about 12 assessments. Most of them had nothing to do with the position. I eventually get around to completing 3 or 4 then I get an email scheduling an interview.
The day before the interview, the recruiter sent me a HR form to fill which I did and sent back immediately. About an hour before the interview, he sends an email asking WHAT POSITION AM I APPLYING FOR?! We had scheduled the interview almost a month before that day and the scheduling software asks what position you are applying for so it's right there. The interview gets cancelled with a promise to share my details with another recruiter within the company.
About a month later, I get a phone call asking if I am still interested in the position. An interview is scheduled for the following week. The day befor the interview, the recruiter cancels the calendar invite then sends me an email that the positions she intended to interview me for have been filled.
Wasteful, mismanaged process.
