Interview
I applied online and had to complete a series of 4 o 5 interviews and tasks. For those you have very limited time and they range from logic to math to language skills. After passing that, I had a quick screening with HR and then a formal interview that lasted 45 minutes. At that point I was asked which careers I was interested in, which was weird since I had applied to a Project Manager role. They explained that I will now be "active" on their database and they will contact me whenever they have a vacancy. A month later they contact me asking if I will be interested in an HR vacancy. They said the hiring manager was very interested in my profile and would like to move forward. I accepted, and then 2 weeks later they send me an email stating that there were better candidates for that position, but I will continue to be "active" for other vacancies. I still can't believe the lack of professionalism, after spending months in this process to just have gone through all that in order to be active on a database of potential candidates to n number of vacancies. So be aware: At Bairesdev you are not really applying for a position, but for a chance to be on their database.
