The interview process began with a phone screening followed by an interview. During the interview, I was provided with an overview of the company, its history, and details about the role. I was asked several questions about my experience in sales and account management, as well as my ability to collaborate with teams and work with C-suite stakeholders. The interview was recorded, and upon its completion, I was sent a Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment. Overall, I appreciated the professionalism throughout the process and enjoyed learning more about the company and the opportunity. If the Predictive Index results align with the role, the next steps will involve a second and third round of interviews.
