BairesDev interview questions

The day after applying on Linkedin I received an email from the recruiting team asking to schedule the first interview. The interview was fast, yet informative, and left me quite certain that this was a trustworthy company. I was thrilled when they called me back for the interview with the team leader, who was very nice and respectful. I was asked a few questions regarding my previous experience with QA and had to take two tests. The process only took two weeks, and I was in! It was by far the best hiring process I have ever experienced.

I applied online for an open position they had in their Buenos Aires office. A few days later I was contacted by one of their recruiters and scheduled my first interview, which went well. I had two more interviews with the team leaders where we discussed the role’s responsibilities and my previous experience. The interview process was very fast and efficient.
