Interview
After registering on the platform (recording, general tests and specific tests), I had a technical interview evaluating concepts about Java, an interview to validate my background and knowledge and next to the first interview with the client, there was a training interview and with the client there were 2 interviews before being hired. The whole process took about 3 months.

Whether I had experience and how many years of experience I had in each technology.
About basic knowledge of technology, about my way of deciding in work situations, and in interviews with clients focusing on the last projects in which I had participated and how was my contribution, in addition to coding solutions with a focus on general algorithms.

Spent several hours answering automated test questions, received no feedback at all. Easy math questions, some childish puzzles and a lot of pseudo-psychology like "would you spend your holidays making a Very Important Presentation for your Very Important Boss?"
