Interview
The interviewer was very polite and attentive. We started the interview by going over the steps of the process. Then, she gave a brief introduction about what BairesDev is. We continued with some questions in English, followed by logical reasoning questions, and finished with an explanation of the next steps in the process. The interview was very well-structured, and I felt comfortable throughout.

Spent several hours answering automated test questions, received no feedback at all. Easy math questions, some childish puzzles and a lot of pseudo-psychology like "would you spend your holidays making a Very Important Presentation for your Very Important Boss?"
