Like the previous interviews you've seen, none of the assesments have anything to do with Sales, your process or how you approach closing deals. This is high school math and logic based questions to make you jump through hoops to get to a later stage interview. Here's the irony of all this, they're a nearshore staffing solution, so you'd think that they would know how to place people based on their qualifications and strengths, but clearly, they make everyone jump through these ridiculous hoops that some C-suite leader who probably hasn't sold anything in a long time is likely mandating.
