The recruitment process is too long, but it worths the effort, the company is growing and needs more engineers, so if you are good in your job, sure you can get an opportunity. As an advice, ask for a good salary since the very beginning, they are able to pay you way more than the local average.
The interview was conducted in English, and the conversation lasted 30 minutes. The interviewer had to meet this time strictly, so they might need to go faster through the questions.
