BT Group Sales Advisor interview questions

The Interview process seems easy enough, you tent to feel like you get on well with the examiner. However this is just a roose, They will ask tedious questions that they do not want STAR, I have interviewed for this company 3 times and each time the job has said " no experice required". I have over 7 years of this sector experience and as you can imagine I know how to use STAR. They will always ask you twice "why do you want to work for BT" then later on in the interview will say " So tell why is it BT you have chosen". After 3 Interviews thinking BT would have been good to work for I give up. I had a interview at 11:30 yesterday morning, They told me I wasn't good enough by 9am the next morning. Would not waste your time with a interview just to be let down.
