BT Group Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

interview had two stages. first round in phone interview and next in-person interview the next day. Interview was quite comfortable if at all you had relevant experience already For the second day interview a topic will be given to you on the previous day and you have preapre that and talk about it

Face to face agency arranged, HR team managed the interview. It was arrange via email by agency, I then attended site to speak to the team that were working for the company.
