I applied online. I interviewed at BT Group (Nottingham, Inglaterra) in May 2017
Interview
At first I applied online via manpower, then filled an on line assessment. You have to answer a lot of basic questions and then typing test which is you listen to the name and addresses and you type them. After completing that the next stage is telephone interview where they asked customer service related questions. Lastly group assessment .

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BT Group (Accrington, England) in Dec 2017
Interview
So you apply online, fill in all your basic personal details and maybe some employment past - overall about you. Once completed you get a email confirming the completion, and another as a “reminder” to then start online assessments. Once on the assessments you answer situation questions and say which response is most & which is least effective. It gives you a scenario and a multi choice answer as to how you think you should respond & how you shouldn’t. After this you submit, and if successful you will receive a phone call from an 0300 number congratulating you & will then be offered a telephone interview to which they will book in for you over the phone there & then. Once the telephone interview is done, you will be told whether you passed or not. If you passed you will get an email in a few days asking you to book your interview/assessment day. Or you will get a phonecall from a trainer in HR who will book this in for you too! Once assessment day comes, you will need 2 forms of ID (I took passport & NI number letter) on this day, you are assessed on everything. You will get an introduction to BT & benefits and career wise at BT. You then have an interview with a manager, 2 role plays & a group situation/scenario task which is all marked on. Then 2 days after assessment if you get a phonecall you got the job, if you get an email, you didn’t!
I applied online. I interviewed at BT Group (West Bromwich, England) in May 2017
Interview
A simple online application followed by a keyboard input speed test. A recorded message spoke cutomer names and addresses which i had to fill in an electronic form. After about tgree weeks I was contacted by manpower to prepare for a interview following the S.T.A.R interview tehnique and given a date for it. I was also recommended to look up glassdoor to get some idea of what questions might be asked. Afterwhich at a later date there was a group interview session with a BT manager and manpower representative.
