Interview
Telephone interview that lasted approximately 20 minutes the day after my online application (that included online testing). Scenario questions eg what would you do if... And competency questions eg give an example of... Using STAR - SITUATION, TASK, ACTION, RESULTS to score. Information provided about shift patterns and training expectations. Approximately 5 minutes on hold to be congratulated on passing this stage and was then invited to an assessment day and advised of when training would start should I successfully pass that stage.
Pleasant interview, opportunity to ask questions provided.

It was very swift, easy and interesting to do and it was a great interview to have. If anyone goes here I would recommend people go for this company. The interviewee was a nice, calm and collected person who done their job correctly and to the best of their ability.

Interview
You apply online, thereafter do an online assessment. If successful you are called by manpower for a telephone interview which can last for 30 minutes. You are told of the outcome after the interview and if successful you are booked for assessment at BT call centre.
Assessment day entail, a short summary of your self and job experience, a group task about prioritising calls, a short interview and listening to some calls on the floor. You are sent a mail of the outcome after some days
