BT Group Customer Service Advisor interview questions

First stage - Filling out your details i.e. work history, personal details, right to work in the UK, have you been referred for the job role and equality and diversity questions. Does not ask for CV. Second Stage - If you past the first stage you are then invited to do an online test which consists of personality type questions in the first half and then the second half is all about Best and Worst scenario questions. Third Stage - If you have passed the online test, you are then invited to book a telephone interview. After the telphone interview, you get told how long it would take to hear back. Mine was 24 hours (next day).

Only took About 15/20 minutes Only asked about the company and an angry customer, wasn’t what I prepared for whatsoever they was more interested in it I had read up on the company
