Very positive, quick and easy. BT was very quick to update during the whole process. Felt very supported by HR throughout. Online test followed by telephone interview followed by a half day assessment centre.

Interview
Firstly I submitted an application online. Then I was invited to do an online assessment. I received an email saying I’d passed that and was invited to a telephone assessment. I passed that then had an hour long telephone interview with a manager which involved role play, assessing and discussing recorded calls and also an insight into my relevant skills.
It’s a long, difficult process but worth it if it means they won’t just hire anybody off the street as many call centres do.
