Straight forward assessment centre Group activity - check for teamwork skills 30 minutes Individual interview - competency questions 45 minutes Presentation - presentation skills/ persuasion lasting 10 15 minutes Fairly straight forward

Pretty easy actually Applied first. Got told to book a slot for a phone interview. Found out same day if I got through to the next stage which was face to face. Face to face interview was very useful. Two days later found out if I got the job or not.
