Casually formatted interview panel comprising several group leaders. Well managed and provided considerable opportunity to present personal and professional abilities particularly in line with the organisation's range of operations. Also provided considerable insight into the organisation itself thus enabling responses to be relevant and focussed. Interviewers described the company operations and structure extensively which provided greater opportunity to introduce relevant details.
