Applied online. Initially rejected then accepted as they probably had cancellations. Went to the interview but other interviews ran well overtime that I even considered leaving. One interviewer didn’t like my answers and constantly asked me to change them indirectly. I felt I knew more about the company than they did.
Casually formatted interview panel comprising several group leaders. Well managed and provided considerable opportunity to present personal and professional abilities particularly in line with the organisation's range of operations. Also provided considerable insight into the organisation itself thus enabling responses to be relevant and focussed.
