Interview
After sending through my application, I got invited to do a group interview. There were two sessions with around 30 engineers of all discplines in each session. Started with an introduction about the company and then onto a group activity. Groups of 6 and then a small presentation at the end. After, everyone went off for recess and they invited each candidate in for an individual interview, after which you could go home or stay to network.
