It was vere good learning experince for me. Interviewers are likely as a trainer and their questions were logical and they tried to use all options to get more logical answers from me

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AstraZeneca in Mar 2022

Talent managers were responsive and made sure to keep me updated. Usually received updates on a consistent once or twice-weekly basis. Hiring manager was very helpful and communicative as well. I didn't feel like my time was wasted with too many interviews and received salary information upfront. Process from start to finish took about one month.

Q: When was a time you had to persuade leadership on an idea and how did you garner support?
HR reached out first and then interviewed with the hiring manger and another director. Had to do a presentation on a drug and present clinical research.
