Great experience in interview. They explained job role in detail and friendly people. Office is nice. Location is bit far for me but manageable. They have full work from office.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AstraZeneca (Wilmington, DE) in Jan 2024
Interview
The process started off well, with prompt and friendly communication. Initial interview stages went smoothly, but midway through, I stopped receiving any updates. Three step process:
1. Interview with the HR: standard questions of why this job, why this company, etc.
2. Interview how do I fit to company values
3. Technical task preparation and presentation to the team
