Ascension Medical Lab Assistant interview questions

I applied online and took the personal assessment. I was called to set up an interview with the Laboratory department manager. The interview was about 20 minutes and was asked of my relevant experience and knowledge. From there I was sent an email from HR with an official job offer and once accepted, I received specific instructions from HR with how to proceed with setting up orientation.
