I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Ascension (Wichita, KS) in Oct 2022
Interview
Went to a job fair and was interviewed on the spot. The head RN from one of Ascensions locations talked to me too. Then was called to have job offered to me.

Question 1
Experience questions and what got me into medical field
After I applied for a position, I received an email that my application had been selected and that they were interested to talk to me and would like to schedule the interview. I was sent a link to set up a time from the available list of days and times. I Was sent a confirmation of my appointment, so I took time off my current job ( I left an hour early) to make sure I was ready for the phone call appointment. The call never came. So I emailed them to let them know what had happened that I had waited for the phone call and I am still interested and I would like to set up another time. Although I was very disappointed that this happened , I was still interested in the position. I didn’t hear from anybody and frankly I gave up. But then about four days later I was sent an email that my application was not selected at this time. Then why send me a link to chose an available time and a confirmation of that time? Disappointing and unprofessional to say the least
Look into this negligence and correct it. It was not very good experience for me like I said I lost an hour of work. My time is valuable

Question 1
My interviewer was a no-show on my phone interview
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ascension (Binghamton, NY)
Interview
The interview process is long, and you have to jump through several hoops for an entry based position. The pay is VERY low especially around the local hospitals. The team contacts you non stop and be prepared to answer at a whim, even if they know you are working.
