Ascension interview questions

Recruiter interviewed me. Asked about my experience (extensive), but didn’t want to hear more than a 30 second summary. My resume was also updated and near but she wasn’t prepared and didn’t read it because she said she couldn’t find where I went to school on it. Then said she’d get back to me for a next interview. Never heard back. Very disorganized.

Phone screening followed by 2 interviews and an assessment/ presentation with a community member. Seemed a bit long and tedious to go through so many steps, especially having to complete a final interview after presenting a business case, which in my opinion should've been the final step.
