Strength and weaknesses What to do when a patient is upset with care
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ascension (Great Falls, MT) in Oct 2022
Interview
The candidacy for this role was done via a Consultant who stated they have placed top executives with The Resource Group. I had several interviews with the Consulting company, and 4 interviews directly with the company. I rated a negative experience because during the last round of interview, one of the interviewers was typing occasionally while interviewing me. They posed many industry related questions, particularly around supply chain disruptions as a result from Covid-19. After so many hours of interviewing time, the Consultant called me to say they decided to go with another candidate and when I asked for a reason, he just said he didn't have a clear reason from the company when he knew I was a strong candidate and starting mumbling (I wish this was made up). I was left with a distaste and unprofessional image of both the Consultant and the company. This is not tied to the fact that I did not receive an offer, but related to a poor closure.
