Ascension interview questions

Not impressed. They sent an email asking me to schedule an interview. I scheduled one. The interviewer never showed after 8 mins and no email or text. I ended up calling her. She had no clue what I did in my current role and told me she would move me on to the next step with the hiring manager. I received the “thanks but no thanks” e-mail the next day. Why even ask about my availability for future interviews if you aren’t going to move me forward?

The interview was based on Behavioral Questions. I was asked about my experience and ask multiple situational questions. The interview itself was a template they ask questions from and wrote down your answers
