In person interview was awful. Manager made it seem like I was only being interviewed for a quota. She had a half sheet of paper with questions to ask me but never wrote anything down during the whole interview. They had no intention of ever hiring me so why put me through the process in the first place?

I was an internal employee at a similar role at a sister hospital. First round was with chief medical officer. 2nd round was with other members of the hospital senior leadership team including CEO. Also had brief interview with president of med staff and credentials chairman.

Interview
The interview process moved on pretty fast with 3 days in between the initial phone interview with recruiting. Both the recruiter and hiring manger were very professional. When I was asked to move on to the second stage of the interview process I was greeted by the Program Manager and she seemed very pleasant to work with.
