Ascension interview questions

The interview was organized. It started with screening questions. Recruiter interviews. Then, hiring manager. Few associate director and other managers from different regions. Overall, it started broad and then got more technical.

Hour long interview. Standard questions. No technical interview. I was interviewed by the manager and the interview was more so a conversation and felt comfortable. The manager seemed more interested in my background more than the skills I have, which works out if your entry level.
