Ascension interview questions

Very easy and straight forward. The Manager was very thorough in explaining position responsibilities. Very informal which calmed the interview jitters. There were not a lot of personality questions just enough to get to know me as a candidate.

I had a quick 15 min phone interview with the recruiter on a Monday, a second interview with management on Tuesday and then job shadowed the current scheduler for 1 1/2 hours on Wednesday. They said they would make a decision this week. 3. 1 1/2 hours job shadowing current scheduler
