Telephone interview plus one through zoom with a shadow for a night to see if you find yourself a fit there which was nice because I got an idea of what the unit was like

Interview was over the computer and question were fairly straightforward. Typical questions asked for an RN interview. For one facility I interview with multiple floor managers at a time. At another I only interview with one floor managers.
