Ascension interview questions

interview was team style. Asked relevant questions. Very informative about the job duties. Each manager asked questions and gave feedback. All team members were specific about their expectations and there was no gray area as far was what was expected .

This program is new, so the process was a little different than your average application. I contacted the woman in charge of the program after discovering it online. She had me send her my resume which she filed away until the interview process began. A couple months later I was interviewed and was offered the job 2 days later. I filled out the application after accepting the offer. I do think this process will be a little different in the future.
