Interview
One interview. Was asked to come at 7pm during shift change to meet day and night ANMs. When I arrived only the night ANM was there and told me he had no idea I was coming and was not prepared. I had no more than a 5 minute interview that mainly consisted of questions I asked him before I was escorted out. I eventually called HR after several weeks of hearing nothing only to find out they had no documentation of my interview. A few days later I received another call and was offered a 1a-1p shift. I questioned the offered and declined. A few hours later HR called back with an offer of 1p-1a instead and I accepted. Overall the process took 3 months.

Interview
The first step is a phone interview which is to determine if you qualify for the position, its usually 30 mins. If that's successful the requiter will schedule you for an in-person interview with the manager and a panel, this can be an hour. The person over the phone is screening you so make sure you put your best foot forward.

Interview
The process took about 2 weeks. I applied through Michigan Works job website and got a call about a week later for an interview. I was interviewed by 2 managers at the same time. After the interview, they decided I didn't need the second interview so I was offered the job. Did my physical the next day and the same day was asked to come to orientation the next day. Did 2 days of orientation for 4 hours each and then started work. Interview questions were easy general questions about past jobs, how you handle stress or rude people, and customer service. Housekeeping is through the company is Touchpoint Support Services.
