Ascension interview questions

I know it's not, but they make it seem like a unorganized process. When you apply it could take WEEKS before you hear ANYTHING. I applied for a position and 3 weeks went by before I got a phone call asking to schedual an interview. I had done brushed the position off thinking I wasn't selected. Then after the initial interview you have to schedual a peer interview which could be another few weeks if the manager is still interviewing other people. When I was finally offered the job I then had to wait 2 more weeks for hospital orientation.
