Ascension interview questions

I did an application and received an email for an interview maybe 2 days later. The initial interview is by phone, you will later be contacted for a 2nd interview if theyre interested

This was the strangest phone interview I have ever had. I had to pick a time for one of their recruiters to call me. The person who called me was Alicia Hubbard. While she called at the correct time, everything else was so wrong. You could tell she was annoyed to have to do a phone interview. She had a terrible attitude right from the beginning. Maybe it was suppose to be her day off and she was called in, or maybe she got into a fight with her boyfriend right before calling me, but whatever it was, she was completely unprofessional!!!! She was sarcastic with me, asked generic interview questions that did not pertain to my previous employment and had awkward silences as you can literally hear her typing the answers. If this is who Ascension hires to vet their employees, I feel sorry for them. I feel they are probably missing out on a lot of good candidates, but never even get a chance to meet them, because Alicia doesn't know how to do her job!
