Ascension interview questions

One on one interview with manger. Asked basic background questions and current technical skill set. Also asked how do I envision myself fitting into the team. Asked about 10 questions and from there I had about 5 questions for him to keep conversation going.

Received a call the day before , requesting an interview. Interviewed the next day, and did a "tour" the day after that. Was offered a position two days after the interview. Fairly streamlined, though I had to call to find out I had been offered the job.
