Ascension interview questions

I was contacted a day after submitting the application. The interview was scheduled for the following day. It was a group interview, 2 Team Leaders along with the hiring manager.

I was initially interviewed over the phone by a HR representative, where they asked basic questions about my previous employment and how that compared to my resume. Then I had an in person interview where I was asked questions on how I would handle situations specific to the position I applied for.
