I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ascension (Indianapolis, IN) in Oct 2019
Interview
I had talked with a recruiter for about ten minutes. She had told me she needed to talk to the hiring manager and would get back to me. I received a call from the same recruiter forty-five minutes later and was asked to come in the next day for an interview.
I met with my hiring manager and it went well. I could tell she was genuine and really wanted whoever she hired to feel like they were welcomed and a valued asset to the team. Going in- I didn't think much about the position. After the interview, I really wished for an offer as I had just had the best interview of my life. I felt like I really got to know the manager and appreciated meeting the other two team members.
I received a call two weeks later.

Interviewed for position, was asked a lot of questions about me and my experience... What led me to this point. Manager was nice, hired on the spot. Got to do a “shadow” for a few hours at a later date to get the feel of the floor and the team. Loved it!
