A community of Therapists interviewed me, and were very kind, but didn't realize that many people would be in the room. They kindly showed me to the office where everyone was. The tone was conversational.

Question 1
How do you handle challenging situations with patients?
First a scheduled 30 minute interview with a recruiter shortly following your application. Then, if deemed fit, a panel interview will follow. Questions were similar to application questions with the recruiter. Talked about previous experience and qualifications, expected salary and start date.
Completed phone screen with someone from Human Resources and then had brief phone interview before being invited for in person interview. The in person interview was with a with panel of other therapist with behavioral interviewing styled questions.
