The interview process was not too bad. Since I stated that I'm bilingual on my resume I was then asked to translate some organs. Overall the interview process was not as nerve recking as I had thought.

Teams meeting with hiring manager and recruiter. Open ended questions and lots of back and forth open discussion. Very low maintenance, welcoming environment that allowed for thoughtful answers and time to have open dialogue
super easy, good flow, not so tough questions. They were very supportive during the interview process. Just type up and reherse your lines of why choosing the field/department/specialty and your good traits.
The nurse manager who interviewed me was friendly and made the process less stressful. I was worried about the process, but it was not bad. She asked questions about my background and experience and explained the job to me.
