Quite an involved Interview process, went deep in to the fundamentals of the classes and subjects, connecting them with the real world examples where they had been applied. Interview was fair and transparent, and focussed more on problem-solving ability than correctness.

Differentiate between engineering stress-strain curve and actual stress-strain curve.
Email by recruiter, initial technical phone Screen, Engineering design project, individual rounds with multiple stakeholders, panel interview with presentation and Q&A. It seemed like the panel was the last round after which they choose from amongst preferred top candidates.
The interview was structured and thorough, beginning with an introduction to the team and an overview of the role’s responsibilities. I was initially asked about my background, focusing on relevant skills and experience. The questions then shifted to technical aspects, where I had the opportunity to discuss specific projects and problem-solving approaches.
