I had first telephone interview. Which went for one hour. Had some technical and customer service related questions. After the interview in 2 hrs got a mail saying selected for vedio interview . Also to do the background check with hire right company. The vedio interview went for 45 minutes. Now waiting for the results

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Apple (Taipei) in Jan 2016

I got 1st interview offer ~1 month after on-line application. 1st interview was quite simple. 3 weeks later I got 2nd web interview request. Before 2nd interview there is another "job preview" hosted by mentor of AHA. This mentor is also later 2nd web interviewer. 2nd is relative difficult.

Question 1

1st: Describe past experience. How do you do if your headset can't match your phone? Role play. 2nd: Describe your current environment (assume interviewer is not looking). What do you do for entertainment/ leisure? (Exercise, movie, etc...) Persuade the interviewer to go to exercise. (prepare 1 min and present 30 sec.) I answered 3 times for interviewer say it's not persuasive. :( 3 times for different contents. Lastly, Role play.
