Apple Home Advisor interview questions

The interviewer was very nice it turned like an ordinary conversation but technical question was a bit hard. Still waiting for the result of phone interview and hoping to go on to the next level.

Submitted my resume, and was contacted a week or two later for an interview. The interview was a video conference, in which I was asked to describe my technical background and why I want to work for Apple. I was also asked to describe customer service experience, and how I would deal with an angry customer.
