It was individual and at the mall. They asked mostly behavioral situation questions. It was not that bad but i could have done better. They are looking for full time workers in the stores only i would say

Question 1
What was a time where you worked in a group, and it didn't go as planned.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Apple (Birmingham, Inglaterra) in Oct 2017
Interview
Ok first and foremost - I did NOT apply for a job at Apple, they approached me and said that I have the experience and skills that they look out for. They messaged me and asked me if I'd be interested in having a non-formal telephone interview, so I thought - why not. Telephone interview went well and I received nothing but praise and was asked if I'd be willing to attend a face to face interview.
Once again I thought - why not. It took around 2 weeks to receive the event invitation. The interview went well, nothing formal really just to learn a bit about myself and for myself to learn a bit more about Apple.
Around 1-2 weeks later I received an invitation to a second face to face interview which I accepted. I attended the second interview which was a group interview - I wasn't informed it'd be a group interview but I ploughed on through.
After a few days I received a phone call to say I'd made it to the 3rd and final stage which was exciting to hear! After around a week I received the invitation and booked in my slot. Once again it was a group interview with the store leader and market leader, I was not told again that it was a group interview, kinda expected it to be solo as it was the last stage and with the higher up people.
After a few days I received an email, yes an EMAIL to say I was unsuccessful.....
Now this wouldn't have been as hard of a blow if I had actually applied for Apple off of my own back, but considering I was poached via LinkedIn by a talent scout it really triggered me.
I wasn't expecting the job from the start but I felt I had a slight edge. Once I heard I had made it to the last stage I felt more confident about being a successful candidate.
I have turned down other jobs whilst going through this 4+ week process, I have taken the time to travel 45-60mins via train and spend out on transport to attend these interviews to receive an automated email telling me I was unsuccessful.
Apple claim to be focused on people whether it's staff, potential staff or customers but I find this impossible to believe.
What I have learnt in this experience is Apple lack empathy, they do not put people first like they claim and they make you jump through hoops whilst filling you with hope before they drop you.
