I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aon (Londres, Inglaterra) in May 2025
Interview
Interview process initially was organised and well arranged the interview lasted about 1 hour for the first stage. Asked about my experience etc most of the questions was competency based.
All my questions asked were answered except me asking what the base salary for the role would be I wasn’t given a answer which at that moment didn’t make sense why it wasn’t revealed. Anyway…
Thought I made a descent impression so was eager to get feedback I was told it would take 2 weeks at most.
After 2 weeks I sent numerous emails, made calls maybe 5 times to ask for feedback on my interview and guess what no response at all.
After 3 weeks 3 days of waiting I emailed schedular who told me she wasn’t the person to contact. I immediately responded saying I was ignored all my emails and calls for 3 weeks.
Later that day FINALLY I was responded to saying they apparently had “technical” issues with the phone and mentioned that the role has been closed down. And conveyed my “gratitude” for my interest in the role.
This is honestly such a hard time in the job market and the least they can do is respond when you’ve taken the time and prepared to do a long interview.
Highly dissatisfied and left a bad taste in my mouth about AON as a company.
