Aon Financial Analyst interview questions

The whole process was a joke. The recruiter left me a voice message and an email, but he didn't call me back for the phone interview as he promised. I called him back the day after, he read off my resume without asking any questions, not sure if it counts as a phone interview, then he said he said I am a good fit for this position and would send me the 2nd interview schedule in a week. But I got no response after.
