Aon Business Analyst interview questions

The interview process was quite smooth. Comprises of four rounds. 1.) HR round 2.) Technical test (pen & paper subjective test) 3.) Aptitude test 4.) Manager Round. The technical round was bit tricky as it was complete subjective and require coding skills. Other than that, the process took me around 3 hours and after 3 days I got the offer.
