Aon Analyst interview questions

It was just like having a chill conversation with someone, but this is only an interview with the Consultant. I wasn't able to proceed to the next step because I lack work experience, which was the reason I didn't get accepted.

The process dragged on for over two months, including one virtual and three online meetings, with multiple delays due to interviewers traveling. After what was described as a final round, a surprise lunch interview was added, followed by another two-week wait — only to be rejected with no feedback. The interviewers were professional, but the overall experience felt disorganized and inconsiderate of candidates’ time.
