Amazon Order Picker interview questions

There really is no interview process. You do the online application & you are set a date to show up at one of their sites for your picture. You pick your own schedule ahead of time during the application & your mandatory overtime day. It’s a breeze. You do have to do a background check & drug test.

The interview process is really long. All the times that I have applied there the interviews are always different. Some managers care others don’t about expectations for the company. Others just rushed through the whole process.
