Interview
There really is no interview process. You do the online application & you are set a date to show up at one of their sites for your picture. You pick your own schedule ahead of time during the application & your mandatory overtime day. It’s a breeze. You do have to do a background check & drug test.
No personal interview and easy process just received an offer letter a few weeks after applying and do background check and drug test and get hired. It is pretty much simple process but just be prepared to stand for long hours.
Easy, swift. There was a very long line but it consistently moved. I was able to get through within an hr. You have to keep returning for background checks and drug testing then you get a start day.
