Onsite Interview
My onsite interview was scheduled for 1 week out. I was provided with the leadership principles and advised to use STAR response for all my behavioral interview examples and advisd about various faux pas to avoid during process.
I had 8 different meetings (6 interview meetings and 2 non-interviewer meetings) with 9 different people.
Everyone seemed very excited and enthusiastic about working at Amazon and spoke very highly of the work experience.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Berlín) in Apr 2016
Interview

Question 1

Interview
First you have a phone interview with the recruiter, then you have another phone interview with a member of the HR Team, and finally an on-site interview. The first two interviews were very positive, the last two 1:1 were iffy. I guess that is why I did not get the job. They were very focused on the STAR Method, and knowing their goals.
